“User Content” means any content submitted by users. You are solely responsible for your User Content and any risks associated with it. Wave is not responsible for backing up User Content and may remove it at any time without notice.

2.2 License to Wave

By submitting User Content, you grant Wave a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content solely for operating and improving the Site.

You waive any moral rights or attribution claims related to your User Content.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Site to upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to jury trials and class actions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wave. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
